Company Objects

To trade, purchase, acquire, own, hold, manage, sell or otherwise dispose of property of any kind, whether immovable or movable, personal or real and whether or not belonging to the Company, and to subscribe for, take, purchase or otherwise acquire, hold, sell or dispose of shares or other interest in or securities of any other company.

To carry on any trade or business whatsoever and to acquire, undertake and carry on the whole or any part of the business, property, assets and liabilities of any person, firm or company carrying on any business.

To borrow or raise money in such manner and on such terms as may seem expedient and to secure or guarantee the payment of any sum of money or the performance of any obligation by the Company or any other person, firm or company.

To secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owing by mortgage, charge, lien, pledge or other security upon the whole or any part of the Company's property or assets whether present or future.

To issue shares of the Company credited as fully or partly paid up as the whole or part of the purchase price for any property, goods or services purchased by the Company or for any other valuable consideration.

To enter into partnership or into any arrangement for sharing of profits, union of interests, co-operation, joint venture, reciprocal concession or otherwise with any person, firm or company.

To promote any company or companies for the purpose of acquiring all or any of the property and liabilities of the Company or for any other purpose which may seem directly or indirectly calculated to benefit the Company.

To trade and deal in commodities, shares, stocks, bonds, debentures, obligations, securities and investments of all kinds whether issued or guaranteed by any government, public body, authority, company or otherwise.

To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any real or personal property and any rights or privileges which the Company may think necessary or convenient for the purposes of its business.

To borrow and lend money with or without security and upon such terms as may be thought fit and to draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading and other negotiable or transferable instruments.

To enter into any contracts or arrangements with any government or authority, supreme, municipal, local or otherwise, that may seem conducive to the Company's objects or any of them.

To enter into any guarantee or contract of indemnity or suretyship and to assure, guarantee or become liable for the payment of money or for the performance of any obligations.

To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments.

To purchase, take on lease or in exchange or otherwise acquire any patents, brevets d'invention, licences, concessions and the like, conferring any exclusive or non-exclusive or limited right to use any secret or other information as to any invention which may seem capable of being used for any of the purposes of the Company.

To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
